Return Process

  Log into your Amber Sound account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
